The Comac C919 is a planned 168-190 seat narrow-body airliner to be built by the Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (Comac).[1][2][3]
It will be the largest commercial airliner designed and built in China since the defunct Shanghai Y-10. Its first flight is expected to take place in 2014, with deliveries scheduled for 2016.[4] The C919 forms part of China’s long-term goal to break Airbus and Boeing‘s duopoly, and will compete against Airbus A320 family and the Boeing 737 Next Generation.[5]
Construction of the nose section of the aircraft commenced on 2 September 2009.[6]

Don’t be so negative. COMAC 919 market is sufficient for 3 or more players – so said the spokesman for AIRBUS. “Airbus is created out of competition” and the reply goes.
Surely there is some competition. “creativity juice is created as a result of competition” so saith another sage.
Looks positive. Competition can only drive another to excel not to laze around or writing or sending unuseful article in the blog.
Negative?? Ha Ha!!! China is to be commended for looking out for it’s best interest, continued growth and prosperoty for China is essential to peace and well being in our shared world. For domestic political reasons, however, I would like to use the matter as fodder to get rid of the GOP bozos that want to extend the Bush tax cut’s to the top 2% so we end the tax systems that let’s em ship their short term profits to lower wage markets. I’m not upset with China, I’m upset with Bozoid Republicans, chasing short term profits in the market at the expense of long term growth in America, there is enough room for prosperity and continued Growth in both China and the United States.
