Hate Speech affects the Mentally Ill

In order to more accurately reflect Threat Alerts, I propose to include Untreated Mentally Ill Estimates as a category to be monitored by the Department of Homeland Security. At the risk of my patriotism questioned, I would like to point out that the Untreated Mentally Ill are killing more people, more effectively than any external Terrorist Organization. The holes and cracks in the Mental and associated Health Care system (the finest in the world mind you (does that mean we have the best Bridges and Overpasses for them to live under) are well documented. Get a clue! Am I right? Does anyone else see what is so obvious to me? What is the problem here? John Edwards sums it up best when he said,

“We are Americans and we are better than this”.
